drinking water though having a cold makes it bothersome

Also I bought the Spark (book) but not from site here. How do I get my points? Can't seem to figure it out. Glad I bought it whether I get the points or not, though.

Bought kitchen scale Fri after disappointing log in for weight AND I am using it. I did lose one inch around my waist though! That's 5% of what I think I want to lose waist inches wise.
