Hi Everyone, Im Kayla. And I need help.
I am half way to my goal. But I lost my way getting it all done.
I starting tracking my food and started thinking of ways to get exercise into my routine. I also sat down and thought about how I lost the first part of my weight.
Then I remembered SPARK PEOPLE! I use to be a part of a team that met once a week in a chat room. They gave us a new "health/fitness" subject to discuss each each time we met. I know its crazy, but I know that is what held me to my goals. I want to start something up like up again. I searched for the group but it is no more. I dont want anyone to go running from this group or anything, I was just wondering if anyone on here would be willing to do something similar? I know all these team challenges are wonderful. But I really need people to be counting on me, and have a set time each week that way I will be kept more accountable.
