We have a similar issue, with the Kona Ice truck coming by every other day or so in the summer. Whenever the weather is good, we can count on seeing them.. Nicholas wants to get ice cream sandwiches or bars, but they are as expensive as a whole box from the store! So I prefer him to get the actual Kona ice - a kiddie size,and just enjoy that. But I am kind of sick of blowing $2 or $4 (for 2) of the smallest one of those every day or two. However, it is over 90 degrees again, so right now I'm eagerly anticipating the Kona Ice truck!
I don't know.. just try to get enough fruits and veggies, lean protein, and healthy grains in your diet. If you are eating extra calories, do another half hour of exercise if you're concerned. The only problem I really have is that when I do eat high sugar, it makes me crave more and it's hard to resist those cravings!
