Yes, I weighed myself a few days ago and was up like an inch in all areas from last month, which makes no sense, as I've been losing pounds and fitting clothing better. Must have measured wrong last time!

You are worth having a healthy body!

This is a lifestyle change to be healthy, not a diet and not a sprint to get there.. one day at a time, one pound at a time.. as long as it takes, starting again as often as possible.

I encountered this, which is why I now only measure once a month. I do it the first Saturday after TOM so that I don't accidentally include the pre-TOM bloat. Out of the past five months, I have only gone up once and that was because I got slack with my diet the two weeks before.
I don't weigh myself at all. It varies too much.

Sometimes too much salt can add inches....I can feel it in my cheeks sometimes, as weird as that sounds.

Every day is a new day. Don't let anything that happened yesterday affect what will happen today.

Since inches seem to come off slower than the pounds do for me I stick with only measuring once a month.

I've been very faithful to weighing in and measuring every week - which usually that's the first thing to go especially when I think I've gained or I know I'm over my calorie limit.

I've seen some pretty weird fluctuations in my measurements... is this normal? Can I really fluctuate an inch or more in a week?! emoticon emoticon
It's not TOM time, i don't "feel" bloated and I don't think I'm holding on to extra water, but maybe I am...

Anyone else encounter this?

If it's amazing, it won't be easy. If it's easy it won't be amazing. If it's worth it you won't give up. If you give up you're not worth it.
