I've been very faithful to weighing in and measuring every week - which usually that's the first thing to go especially when I think I've gained or I know I'm over my calorie limit.
I've seen some pretty weird fluctuations in my measurements... is this normal? Can I really fluctuate an inch or more in a week?!
It's not TOM time, i don't "feel" bloated and I don't think I'm holding on to extra water, but maybe I am...
Anyone else encounter this?
