Dali, I think staying under your calorie minimun is not really bad as long as it happens only once in a while and it depends on the amount you stay under. 200 cal seems quite a bit, I have to say. Why not try a granola bar, joghurt or some other healthy(ier) choice than chocolate candy the next time?

Thanks Barbara for posting this... it came at the right time for me too! I did so great yesterday... but then I saw I still had about 200 calories left to get to the minimum for the day...why! why! why! I was already full... but thought.. hey I can have some chocolate candy... big mistake...because I didn't stop at the "serving" amount... I just kept on going!! Ugh!
Would it be okay if I'm under my minimum calorie intake in a day as long as it isn't happening often?

Tomorrow is a better day. Just imagine how far you'll be if every day you just start again trying to do all the right things. I imagine where I'd be today if I never gave up after a bad day! You can do it. : )

Dont feel bad, you did the right thing by getting out there and exercising to make up for any slip ups! Learn from it for next time, I try and think "remember how I felt after I did that last time??" to avoid falling into the feeding frenzy, its tough I know I love eating way too much!

I was so proud that I survived last week without taking any sweets from the colleagues in the office which they put on display almost on a daily basis and then today came.. I am already over my calorie range and it is not even dinner yet 2 colleagues offered breakfast for their birthday and somehow I ended up eating almost constantly.. well, at least that's how it felt. I could pass the chocolate last week, but couldn't get by the oriental dips, salami and cheese... I feel terrible!! But at least I spent my lunch breack taking a long walk (70 minutes) burning some of those calories again...
