Does anyone remember this fantastic magazine called Looking Good Now? It portrayed success stories, great tips, easy exercises, etc., everything related to weight loss. Too bad it went out of print!
As I was organizing my stack of magazines I came across this great article called 101 weight loss trips and tricks. The magazine claims that all of their tips and tricks are proven to work, either through scientific research or real people.
I think most of them are common sense and we already do that. I would like to share the list with you girls hoping we can discuss them and receive mutual feedback.
Hopefully they will help newcomers too!

Put a mirror in the kitchen
A study at Iowa State University found that when people ate in front of a large mirror, they consumed considerably less of high-fat foods that were offered. Researchers believe that when people focus on what they're doing, which they must do when facing a mirror, they make more effort to keep their behavior in line with their goals.
