TRACK IT!! life happens.. we have good days we can walk forever, others we can hardly crawl. Days we get sick, TOM happens... all these can have factors in weight and then some. The others who said to make a note to the loss is a good idea.. this way you know.
I tracked a 3.8 pound loss for the week, but I am feeling a little unsure of it, I was sick, and am sure that that contributed to the loss, I did work out last week and was within my calorie range, I did not track the last couple of days, as most of my calorie intake was orange juice. Should I have tracked that loss? I don't want to feel like a cheater. Thanks for your input.
