TRACK IT!! life happens.. we have good days we can walk forever, others we can hardly crawl. Days we get sick, TOM happens... all these can have factors in weight and then some. The others who said to make a note to the loss is a good idea.. this way you know.

i would track it. i was sick one week with strep throat and lost 5 lbs! i know it ain't the best way to lose but a loss is a loss is a loss.

A loss is a loss is a loss ... track it and don't beat yourself up if the scale goes the other way next weigh-in.

When I was sick at the end of November I lost 14.6 pounds and it didn't come back ... the antibiotics I was on made me sick to my stomach ... so I didn't eat much.

ATKINS ALL THE WAY!

Discarded: 55 pounds ... 108 to go.

I agree! I totally know how you feel. I had a big loss last week and then a few days later injured myself. I won't be surprised if I get on the scale tomorrow morning and it's a bit of a gain. :)

I tracked a 3.8 pound loss for the week, but I am feeling a little unsure of it, I was sick, and am sure that that contributed to the loss, I did work out last week and was within my calorie range, I did not track the last couple of days, as most of my calorie intake was orange juice. Should I have tracked that loss? I don't want to feel like a cheater. Thanks for your input.
