Ok...so I'm a Newbie...this is a question rather than an answer...
What do you girls think...I am only on day 3, just starting back to work after the holidays..I work steady evenings and will be doubling up and doing a day shift as well. I have a plan for the most part. But I they say you should plan to have days that are hard to accomplish the plan...and what to do then?
The question...I know diet sodas are bad...and I am not a soda drinker I might have one once in a blue moon. I will grab them from the cooler when I am shopping and really craving the chocolates that I am standing beside...I figure a diet soda is a better choice when I am struggling. I know they have zero nutrition value but I can't help thinking that if it gives me a false fullness until I can get my head on straight that it can be "a tool". An "im desperate tool" perhaps. Thoughts?
As for an answer to the original question... I too love rice cakes...but prefer almond butter. OR a little almond butter spread over a banana..yummm....did I mention that I am hungry...RIGHT NOW? I am going to eat my cherries now.
