I agree it does seem like a lot of work and it sounds messy and gross! I am all about water, cutting calories, and moving my body. I am very cautious about fad diets, or gimmicks. Not saying this is one but it is not something I would try just because I already know the things I need to do to lose the weight. Just my opinion.
