I wear a HRM. The amount of calories I burn equals almost to the amount SP said I'd burn as circuit training according to my weight. So, I'd list it as circuit training. Good luck!

I have also been logging it as high impact aerobics, but circuit training does make more sense. Thanks!

I just started "shredding" 6 days ago and I have been logging it in as "Aerobic - high". I guess Plummy is right, maybe it should be circuit training...

Most people are logging it as circuit training for 20 minutes. The last couple times I've worn my HRM while doing it and SP gives me appx 250 calories burned while the HRM told me as high as 373 (jumping jacks make my heart rate go through the roof).

Good luck!! It's an awesome DVD.

Hey Ladies! I'm about to start the Jilian Michaels 30 day Shred and I have a question for those of you that use it. How do you track it on the Fitness Tracker on SP? As aerobics? Calistenics? I was just curious as to how other team members have tracked it so I can follow their lead. THANKS!!
