Most people are logging it as circuit training for 20 minutes. The last couple times I've worn my HRM while doing it and SP gives me appx 250 calories burned while the HRM told me as high as 373 (jumping jacks make my heart rate go through the roof).

Hey Ladies! I'm about to start the Jilian Michaels 30 day Shred and I have a question for those of you that use it. How do you track it on the Fitness Tracker on SP? As aerobics? Calistenics? I was just curious as to how other team members have tracked it so I can follow their lead. THANKS!!
