I have more weight to loose than I care to mention but I know it will take FOREVER and I hate it!! The logical part of me says "It will all be worth it" but the impatient part of me says "I WANT IT GONE NOW!!" I know that my journey is going to take about 2 years and I do know that it will be worth it in the end but that does not make the wait and struggles any easier. At least I know that I am not alone.
And KAREN!!! KAREN!!! That weight loss is amazing. Do a happy dance.

I felt like I was moving at a snail's pace. I was watching biggest loser and noticed they have many weeks where the most they lose is five pounds. So I started to think if they are working out all day, getting help all day and have healthy food always available to them and they only lose 5 pounds, then two pounds a week isn't all the bad for someone not at a weight loss ranch. They say it healthy to lose about 2 pounds a week anyway. Don't worry about what the scale says all the time. The questions is how do you feel when you are being healthy?

Gosh, I have 200 pounds to loose and it is taking me forever! I have only lost 52pounds so far and it has taken me 5 months!!! Maybe I am just not putting enough effort into it. Everyone tells me if it comes off slowly it is more likely to stay off. Hmmmmm, I wonder...

What a great question! I've always wondered that too. I know I get VERY impatient and want the scale to move faster than it does sometimes, but I wonder if I will look back and go "WOW...time flew by". I just want to be as healthy as possible and I know that will take time and patience. Sometimes, I just wish I knew what the finished product will look like!!!

I Think the more weight you have to lose the quicker it will come off in the first little bit. I have lost 20 since January 25. I dont even mind it taking time, just somedays it seems like a standstill, somedays the time flies bye! I know this a forever thing to lose and maintain the weight, but I'll be sooooo happy when i get to my goal!

Yea I'm curious about that too...it took me 3 months just to lose 15 pounds...seems like a lifetime!
