-I did 35 minutes of aerobics today along with strength training too.
- I posted my 100th board post
- I am now a level 9 sparker
- We (my kids and I ) cleaned/dusted our living room.
- I slept in this morning for the first time in a Very long time.
- Later I'm doing some Easter shopping.

- it's 3 years since I started a new dance, so not being good at it is a strange sensation

~ They both have about 50lbs to lose and I've promised to support them since I have 70 to go anyway?

~ Weight loss and lifestyle changes are so much easier if you have others helping or along for the ride?

I want to have a great time at the Grand Canyon in just 8 1/2 weeks.
I have the bestest hubby there is.

I've been walking almost every single day. I think I've taken one day off from walking in the last two weeks!

I've also managed to keep my eating pretty well under control.

I still haven't weighed myself in the last few weeks because I'm actually kind of scared to. If I haven't lost anything I know I'll get discouraged :(

-The weather this weekend is amazing!
-I was super productive yesterday and got a lot of house work done!
-My dog ran around outside for hours yesterday! She was so happy!
-I had my first grilled dinner of the year last night. Grilled Greek vinaigrette marinated chicken on grilled multigrain pita with kalamata olives, tzatziki sauce and feta cheese! Yum!

I had my weekly weigh-in yesterday and I weighed myself again and I'm down another 1.3lbs.... why can't my body do that ON weigh-in day? Rather than right after. I always seem to lose in the first couple of days of the week and then plateau and then drop down again... Weird!

Also, it's almost the weekend!!!

I managed to go to a movie night last night at a friend's and eat the healthy snacks that I took with me instead of chowing down on all the candy, chocolate, brownies, crisps and popcorn that they had and I am SO proud of myself!

I've encouraged my sister to get healthy as well and she has lost her first 10 lbs!
