I am looking for a walking challange. I just finished one and am interested in another one, Does anyone know of any going on that I could join?

Hi VBALLJOAN

The web sitefor the woman challenge is www.4woman.gov/woman. The challenge I am doing ends in a couple of weeks, I believe another one starts after that.

Hey JUDYSAN,

I would definitely be interested in the Woman's Challenge web site.

I just got down from the treadmill at work so I'm about to post my progress on Stage 2 of the NC Mountains to Sea Trail. I actually ran 2 miles of the treadmill time!! Whoo-hoo!

I would love to have a hiking buddy. What do I need to do? What I have been doing is using my treadmill and pedometer to do my walking I try to do 5000 steps a day. I go on the internet and choose a trail that has that amount of miles to it. I am also signed up for the Womans Challange and I go through different states, I can give you the web site if you are interested.

Hi, JUDYSAN...

I'm walking the Mountains to Sea Trail in NC. If you wanted to jump up to a 14 mile segment, I'm about to start segment 2 of the trail. It's just over 14 miles long. It would be fun to hike with a buddy.

I've got a thread going in this team page about my walk. Just finished the 27 mile Section 1. The mountains of NC are beautiful to walk in.

Cheers,
