I started week 3 yesterday, so far I have done 44 miles on the Appalachian Trail, I am but 22 miles from the Tennessee line, I will be there at the end of this week, that is my goal, and I am not going to let anything get in the way, I will need to get in a few more extra steps, like this past week, but I can do it..

Here is the updated Chart.

Virtual Walk:
Appalachian Trail
Georgia to Maine: Total miles 2173
Total Miles Walked to date: 44.2
Total Pounds Lost to date: 2.8

I am off and walking!

Week 1~~~Total miles walked 19.2 (-1 pound)

Sept.18~~2173 - 2 miles = 2171
Sept.19~~2171 - 3.5 miles = 2167.5
Sept.20~~2167.5 - 2 miles = 2165.5
Sept.21~~2165.5 - 2.5 miles = 2163
Sept.22~~2163 - 2.5 miles = 2160.5
Sept.23~~2160.5 - 3.2 miles = 2157.3
Sept.24~~2157.3 - 3.5 miles = 2153.8

Week 2~~~(Total miles walked 25) (-1.8 pounds)
Sept. 25~~2153.8 - 1.3 = 2152.5
Sept. 26~~2152.5 - 3.5 = 2149
Sept. 27~~2149 - 3 = 2146
Sept. 28~~2146 - 2.3 = 2143.7
Sept. 29~~2143.7 - 7 = 2136.7 (Good day, walked the 3 mile bridge, +)
Sept. 30~~2136.7 - 5.2 = 2131.5
Oct.1~~~~2131.5 - 3.2 = 2128.3

So to start in Geogia and head to Maine on the trail is a total of 2173 miles..
I think this is a great place to keep this record, I will just edit to update each time I want to make updates..

I am off and walking!
