When you get out here to Colorado Springs, you'll have to visit one of our many alpaca ranches! That's where I get the manure for my compost pile! LOL

Well, that is definitely ambitious. My son DRIVES from Colorado Springs to Shawnee Ks. on a regular basis to see his wife and girls. Don't think he would walk it even though he is a soldier!!!

More POWER to you! (BTW, I know this is virtual...but could not resist!)

I've decided to walk to Colorado Springs, Co
560miles......Hopefully I'll make it there this year!
Wish me luck,

I actually began my walk on 6/1/10
left my home, Headed down Kennebec/12th RD, and left Burlington, Ks and by 6/11/10 I have only walked
15miles, nothing to look at but grassy pastures and a few cows, I did pass a Alpaca farm along the way!!
Made it to Angus Road. Then did another 3.5miles
only 542.5 miles left to go.
