what I did was pick a place I wanted to walk to and then found out how many miles it was, brought a pedometer and started walking. The pedometer counts your miles(if you get one that counts miles, some only count steps and you have to convert) I would write down at the end of each day how far I had walked in a notebook and then subtract that from how many miles I had to walk. Then about twice a month I post how far I have walked. You can post daily, too.

I hope that helps.

Life is precious . . don't take anything for granted.
Life is made for living, decide what you want and go for it!

Happy moments, praise God.
Difficult moment, seek God.
Quiet moments, worship God.
Painful moments, trust God.
Every moment, thank God.

I'm not sure I understand how this works. Can someone please explain the "where are you walking to" program to me and how to get started? Thanks so much!!!

Doing this for me,
