You can throw in anything, and if I am not going anywhere and if I feel like a cold is coming on I throw in a couple of cloves of garlic. emoticon bye bye, no cold, but if I am going out visiting or to church I do not inflict that on anybody else LOL I just take a couple of extra Kyolic caps three times a day.
Did you know that Arugula emoticon sorry, no picture. It looks like a tiny oak tree leaf, is the highest calcium containing veggie so a few leaves of that would enhance the flavor and the nutrition. You can often find it in the produce aisle in small packages. this coming summer I am going to grow more and dehydrate more when it is young. It bolts fairly quickly so does not last long so I will either freeze some or dehydrate it or both while it is yet small. Does anyone know which saves the most nutrition? emoticon

I use kale or baby leaf spinach...celery, carrots, cucumbers and, if I have them...i throw in a radish

Yes, as well as the curly kale I add a couple or more pearls of garlic a chunk of broccoli and stalk of organic celery. Mmmm good. emoticon When they are all mixed together with the protein, a total meal in one big glass. Remember to drink extra water as well.

Hi! I've been adding kale to my blueberry protein shakes. You can't taste the kale, so it's a great vegetable addition to any shake! Do you have any other veggies you add to your protein shakes?
