I used to find it difficult to go past a fast food restaurant without a stop for something to help put on another pound or two. Then one day I had a warning stroke and lo and behold I had a reason to think about what I was eating. Now I've reduced my dependence on the junk food and eat health items like fruit, vegetables, etc. I think anyone can change their selection of food and still be happy with it.
since being here with spark my cravings have changed i used to crave cakes, biscuits and chocolate but now i crave fresh friut

The topic of food has always interested me because it always seems that no matter what, people are never physically satisfied. In school I'm majoring in the culinary program, and I might study nutrition afterwards. My goal after college is to find a solution that can create more of a sense of satisfaction in the society, through creating a tool through which people can modify their diet to their individual needs. I wanted to just start out by understanding what people really crave.
Do you always crave the same foods in general, or does it change depending on what foods your surrounded with?
What foods do you crave most often?
