Question for you all-
you ever not reach your daily calorie goal? Meaning, you ever come up short? I've had this happen a few times recently and I always eat a ton in the evening bumping me up to the low end. this seems like a bad habit to be starting and I'm figuring if I get this far in my day and not need them is it really best to pack them in before bed? But I don't want to be getting too few and making my body think I'm starving it. there has to be a happy medium and that doesn't have to mean sparkpeoples exact suggestion, right?
