I track my food on this site and I'm usually under in the recommended amounts for fat. I don't worry about it too much though. Nuts might be a healthy choice if you want to add more fat to your diet. The fat in nuts is unsaturated and they also contain protein. I find them to be rather filling too, I grab a small handful of walnuts or pecans sometimes as a snack and it keeps me full for awhile.

Does anyone else seem to have any trouble getting enough fat? I almost always don't have enough fat per day. If I make sure that I get enough protein, I'm usually at the top of my calories, over on my carbs, just bottom range of my protein and under on my fat.
How do I get enough fat per day??
It's really hard to suck in your back fat.
