Mirandy, I hope you are feeling better today, and made it thru the party. We had birthday cake here on the 12th, and I ate it :( I felt so crappy aferwards and mentally mad with myself for eating it. But today is a new day. Hope your headache is gone!! ~ Sarah Beth

Mirandy, sorry to hear that you have been feeling Blah, but I know exactly how you are feeling. I have been feeling that way for a few days now.
About the pizza, I would suggest the same thing, take a smaller piece and add either fresh veggies or a salad too it and then if you still feel like cake, only take a sliver(I mean a very small sliver.)That way you won't have felt like you completely deprieved yourself of the sweets, but yet you won't have blown you eating.

Sorry to hear that you're feeling "blah", it may be from eating out. This is what I do if there is pizza around (I can't pass it up!) - I cut the regular size piece in 1/2 and then I load up my plate with lots of raw veggies. The taste usually satisfies my craving, the veggies fill me up so I by pass the cake.

Yes List:

1. Yes I will stay within my calorie range
2. Yes I will drink at least 12 glasses of water
3. Yes I will exercise 4 days this week
4. Yes I will go to bed after the 11:00 news.


No List:

1. No self-sabotage
2. No negativity
3. No skipping workouts
4. No eating after 8:00 pm

I have just had the worst headache today, and I haven't been myself today! I feel blob-like and I just want to cry! We're having a party for the boys tomorrow and its Pizza and Cake, and I nedd help b/c I want Pizza and Cake, but then I really don't need it b/c I have been splurging on the eating-out the last few days! What should I do?

My first goal is to be 190 by Feb. 28th!
