How much have you exercised while you were pregnant with twins?
I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant and am swimming 2000 yards 3x/week + doing prentatal yoga 2x/week. It makes me feel better (I have more energy after) + helps burn some of the calories from my incessant eating.
Are there any swimmers out there? I still swim butterfly but it's funny how the stomach muscles don't work anymore like they used to and thus affect (negatively) the butterfly kick. I feel like the legs are there just for the ride instead of helping me kick.
I don't go for walks at all; I find swimming easier than walking (esp. in our hot California weather).
