thank you for your response. I will try those things you suggest. Also I get carried away when I get to the gym. Instead of doing my 30 or 45 min three days a week I will workout for an hour sometinmes two 5 days a week. Am I over doing it? If anyone knows please tell me.

Personally I think it's your scale. any other day up 10 lbs. something is wrong somewhere thats just not right. I can see a few lbs here and there to account for eating salty foods within a week. Are you Exercising? Are you drinking enough water? When do you weigh-in again?

up 7 lbs I feel like a yoyo. Maybe it's my scale or something.I am now 227. I have not changed my eating habits from last week. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also I noticed that if I wiegh myself any other day but Friday I am ten pounds heavier. Is that possible? or am I trippin. My clothed fit alot better but I am a little confused.

My weigh in is 231. I noticed that I gained a total of 10lbs after looking at my journal on here and I am in shock. Well, now I have recommitted to my new lifestyle journey and do not wish for that to happen again. So I am down 5lbs from 236!!

I need advice, I cannot get past 183. No matter what, the only thing I did not try is supplements that is suppose to help you lose weight. I get to this weight and then a few weeks later I'm bloated and then back down again. I changed my diet and exercise routine. Any Advice would help emoticon

I am down 2.4 pounds this week. A lot of that is lost water weight from TOM but I'll take it!

Karen- I can't really tell you if you are doing something wrong because I don't know what you are doing. But if you think you are sticking to your calorie rage and getting enough exercise, then you just have to remember that sometimes it takes a while to see a change on the scale. Do you measure yourself? That is usually a more accurate way to keep track of your progress.

I know it's hard, but you need to try to get in the mindset that this is a process and the weight is not going to necessarily come off as fast as you want it to. But don't get discouraged because as long as you are dedicated it WILL come off! Stay strong! emoticon

I'm starting to lose hope. Only five months ago, I weighed 145 (and I wasn't happy with that!)Now I'm 161.5 and my weight hasn't budged the past two weeks. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone please give me some advice? I was looking through my closet and starting to get depressed because I no longer fit into what I used to. I know results won't be immediate, but I was hoping to lose at least 4 pounds:( the past two weeks.

Weighed in on Sunday at 194.4 - post-period, feeling a bit bloated, and probably retaining water, but I'd lost just the same! Weighed in this morning at 190.0 - WOO HOO!! The weight that'd been hanging on the past couple weeks (through a hungry and tumultuous pms week!!) finally came off, and now I weigh less than I have in probably 8 years!

144lbs. I havent weighed myself recently - I use to check every single day (sometimes twice a day)- and starting gettin discouraged. So I set a mini goal to be 135 by April 12th...I'm tryin to stay off the scale until then!

For those of you who don't know I had stopped weighing in weekly b'c I hada set back but I am back to weighing in and I got back up to 206lbs and now I am 202lbs, so thats 4lbs down since the 16th of last month!! ONDERLAND heare I come! Im crossing my fingers for this next weigh in to be in onderland!!!

I'm down 2 lbs but I don't want to change my ticker yet because my scale says one number and the scale at the gym says another number. I guess I'll wait a while longer and see what happens. Either way according to both scales I'm down 2 lbs.

I'm down another 1.6 pds. I should be out of the 200's in another couple of weeks. Starting this week I have increased my workout to Leslie Sonsone's 2 mile walk, 30 day with Jillian Michaels Step 1, Shapely Secrets and whatever I do at the gym. This will be done everyday. I am trying to move my weight loss up to at least 3 pds per week. Wish me luck.
