I love taking some frozen fruit and putting it in a container then i leave the container on my desk when I get to work so when I have a chance to eat it's perfectly chilled and tasty. Mix in a container of yogurt for a nice creamy taste.

I have found that eating breakfast really does help start my metabolism for the day - it actually makes me hungrier through out the day. I also keep small snacks with me - in my desk at work, in the car, in my bag - I have granola bars, mixed nuts, trail mix - things that won't go bad, but aren't too horrible either. Also if you are having trouble eating because it hurts, I would suggest things like a fruit smoothie - my daughter loves it so its a great breakfast for everyone or yogurt.

hi. I am injuried as well , i hurt my foot nad i have a very demanding 5 year old and i find it hard being a stay at home mom even though hes in school with cleaning etc to eat... so what my grandma told me its better to eat small meals. like fresh fruit or veggies then not eat. so trying eating small snacks throughout the day and if thats still hard try making fresh fruit/ veggie smoothies and drink those... those can also be frozen so good luck

How can I make time to eat when my day is too busy to breath? Also when I'm injured and I have to do a whole bunch of things, I hurt to bad to eat, so I don't. What is something I can do to change that?
