I was 39 when I was diagnosed, and I'm 48 now. I'm taking two daily meds to manage my relatively mild RA right now, although the RA was worse when I was first diagnosed. I've been able to manage a lot of it with diet and exercise. When were you diagnosed, and what kind(s) of treatment are you using?

This group is pretty good about answering questions and concerns if you post here. I'm willing to bet, though that most of them are older than me :)
