What an encouraging reminder. It is easy for me to remember when I was young and fit and RA free, and then I think I can't do anything. Well, I can do something with what I have to work with now!

Some days I get going with exercise and realize I'm okay and that the movement feels good. Other times, I realize that my body is really in bad shape and I'd be better off resting.

I think so much about living with RAD or any other chronic disease is learning to listen to your body!

(I thought her pillow punching game sounded kind of fun but I think my hands would hate me for trying it LOL)
