I saw my rheumatologist last Thurs-I must tell you my pain has reduced significantly since
working out-the rhuem told me that exercise causes cartilage to get fluid (I think I've got
that right)it wouldn't otherwise & weight loss is great for the joints! Proactive baby! Working
out makes you feel better & look better!

I totally agree. Exercise and cleaning totally get pushed to the bottom of my list. I want to have fun and do things I enjoy first. This leaves little energy and mobility for exercise. If only I could make myself exercise before the fun! I need some accountability.

I personally find myself struggling to do the excercises. I know they are important to my weight lose. I know that honestly I can and do use my physical /medical conditions to get me out of it. I know there are chair excercises I can do but find myself even making excuses not to do those either. Let there be a yard sale or going out to eat or something else I want to do and I am right on it. I know I cant be the only one that goes through this emoticon .
So I thought if I had a group of people who struggle with the same thing I do and want to have accountability partners than maybe I would be better off. This way coaching one another through it all. Its hard to BS a BSer my mom always says. So here I am to recruit others that are ready to lose some weight and get their bodies stronger and healthier. Email me or leave a message on here I will be checking in later.
