Joanna, you have been a true inspiration to me. From your friendly welcome when I joined to running fitness challenges that I have enjoyed being part of. You have also made sure to give both informed advice and send us new information as it becomes available.
Thank you so much for all your hard work. I have enjoyed this team and getting to know you.

Joanna, even though I have not been a part of this group for very long I am very thankful that you did start this group. It is people like you that help to make the shock and initial alone feeling that you have being a newly diagnosed person a lot less. I have never felt this welcome in an online group like this and I am very proud to be a part of a group of people that are dedicated to helping, supporting, and holding each other up through a disease that has left some of us wondering what's next.

Thank you so much for all you have done for our team... you have made this an outstanding team and the most active team that I am a member of. Thank you Thank you Thank you
Thank you Joanna, for all you have done with the team in spite of having to work for a living! Nice you can pop in once in a while to see how you are doing!
Good luck with your goals!

You CAN do it!
Joanna, thank you for putting so much time into the team! I am just learning what is involved in being a "leader". It takes a lot of commitment, resolve and dedication.
I appreciate Gadgetgeek and Dedicated2Him continuing the leadership. SP is like a flowing river in that people come and go. Change is inevitable, and when it is time to move on, you should. The burden is less heavy when it is shared, and I think that is part of SPARKing... sharing and giving in return.
Now it is your turn to just be a SPARK. Passing the baton to others is part of the journey.
May you enjoy your journey!
Step into the unknown with confidence! Trust that in the darkness of that first step there will either be something solid to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly!
This thread is to acknowledge Joanna and the hard work she put into developing and maintaining the RAD Team. Joanna has officially removed herself from the leadership of this team now, leaving it into Gadgetgeek and my hands. I want to thank her for her help in getting us started and wanted to make a place where you all could add your two cents.
