I hope it's okay that I'm starting a new topic. Seems like the boards are pretty quiet these days. I thought it would be nice to start a thread about what everyone is hoping to accomplish during the month of November. With the holiday season coming up fast, it's a great time to think about what kinds of realistic goals to make when it comes to fitting in workouts and making healthy eating choices during such a busy time of year.
I'm going to focus on making sure I get my workouts in. My biggest hurdle in accomplishing that during the holidays is poor planning. So this year I'm going to make lists and make better use of my calendar so I can plan ahead for things. I'm also going to schedule my workouts like appointments for the same time each day.
