I had a few problems with IE so I switched to Firefox Mozilla and it works much better for me.

Luecl3, just wanted to point out that while changing what browser you use can change your Pogo playing ability, your home page has nothing to do with it at all. SparkPeople as your home page won't harm anything. The fact is that Pogo doesn't support all browsers(I use Safari by Apple, doesn't work) and Sun Java doesn't either. You can't get Java plugins( the thing that lets the game window open) for Safari or Vista last time I checked.

IE 8?? omg I had IE 7 on my computer and couldn't do anything so I went back to IE 6 and haven't had any problems. My friend however has had alot of problems and she has vista so she uses mozilla firefox and now all the problems went away.

I have been unable to play for nine days; but just got the problem resolved yesterday afternoon. It took 9 e-mails: I could never get a person on the phone. I have Vista and Internet Explorer 8 and I think they haven't gotten around to problem solving for those versions. Anyway, someone at Pogo finally suggested making Mozilla my home page/browser. I really think making sparkpeople my homepage was the beginning of the trouble. To Pogo's defense, I always got a reply well within the 24 hours.

When things like that happen you really need to go and complain...it is simple.just go to help andd fill out the necessary information. If you don't complain to them they don't know it is happening. I complain about everything. I use to let things go but then 1 time I complained and they said I was the only one having the problem that it must be my computer so I encourage everyone to complain about every little thing so they know that there is a problem.

I just hate when that happens, I want to scream. I had it happen to me on the mah. garden badge on the timed one, and I lost it because it did it to me twice in a row I gave up. I think it's the new format or peek hours I find I have better luck on the off hours

I'm sorry! It's happened to me too with various games. I also had to email them various times last January to get that special New Year's badge, but I finally got it.

I am so sorry to hear that. It can be very frustrating. I've had similar experiences from time to time.
I'm not much help, but I feel for you!

I was tring to get my personal in dice derby. I needed to win 10 games with 600 or more points. Well they did not count 4 games in a row. I will never get it at this rate.
