I hope you all are doing fine with your weight loss - I've pretty much stabilized - no loss or gain, but sometimes it's the best thing to do. Just know that any time you haven't gained anything is a BIG win, and even the loss of 1 pound is quite an accomplishment! Reach around and pat yourself on the back! You deserve it!
Atkins is not for everyone and I think you are right to re-evaluate your diet. Sometimes our bodies just take a while to get with it. I will have a good week of losing 3 pounds and then go 2 weeks of not losing a darn thing. You just have to hang in there and make these changes a healthy lifestyle which will not only keep whatever you lose forever but you will be far healthier than just doing a diet. Good luck!!

A little bummed. Only lost 1 lb this past week. Stuck to the Atkins, but for some reason the weight did not what to come off. I'm going to give it one more week, and if I don't lose at least 4 lbs I'll have to reevaluate the situation.
