Hello! Thought it would be great to share old, current, and upcoming new goals. My oldest is weight loss. A big current one is to intake about 250 grams of protein per day, while making sure to keep a 40% P, 50% C, and 10% F ration. A new and upcoming goal is to make my carb intake mostly from fruits and vegetables. How about all of you?
