Tomorrow is September 1, 2008 and these are the goals I am going to try and accomplish during the month of September and I thought that I would share them all with you.
1. Keep track of my calories and meals, except for when I allow for that cheat meal or cheat day and learn not to feel guilty over it.
2. Get in more cardio and more than 2 or 3 times a week and do 2 strength training workouts and even if it is at home and I am paying for a gym membership I will get back there eventually and maybe sometime will get back there this month.
3. Make sure I keep in touch weekly with all my SparkFriends on SparkMail and let them know of my progress and also with all of you on my SparkTeams.
