Everyone knows those handy dandy canned soups, the healthy choice, the ones that EVERY recipie calls for including a bunch on Spark Recipies. So here's the question - does anyone know anyone who knows the original recipies for soups like cream of mushroom, or cream of celery? I am extremely allergic to Monosodium Glutemate, and it is in EVERY canned soup out there, progresso used to be ok, but recently soups I used to buy now say MSG on the back. I really would love to be able to make casseroles again, I need help PLEASE!
