Thank you for the replies...sorry I did not get back to this. Things are still going well and it still seems a little odd. Life has been very stressful/painful lately....something that would usually crush me.
As far as changes go...well, I am eating a lot better, getting more exercise and drinking lots of water. No junk food, no soda, less sitting around on my a**....huge difference.
I know I am getting stronger both mentally and physically...

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

I know the feeling you are describing. However, I am going to suggest two things. In your mind review the last few weeks for what you have eaten, who you have been with and what you have done (especially exercise). You may see some clues or a patter that you can continue to duplicate. In addition, you are feeling good now.... now is all we ever really have, so enjoy. You may be building up a great reserve of "good feeling" to draw on when and if the bottom falls out for a while.
It kinda scares me to tell you the truth. I can't remember feeling this good for any length of time much less a few weeks. Although I tell myself to enjoy it, I keep waiting for the crash that has not come yet...
