and on your weight loss! That is a great idea to exercise during commercials and during the news. Oh yeah, once we cut back on eating 'fatty' foods, they can wreak havoc on our system when consumed. Lesson Learned!

that hhappens often when we go back to eating that stuff high in fat..you get uncomfortable and it gives me a royal case of diarrhea for several days so i really have to watch it congrats on going down and you have proven to yourself one meal does not ruin the whole affair we just pick up and continue that's how to do it..when you have stuff like that it pays to drink more water it tends to move the sustem faster the lady mary

Hello everyone well next week I get a test done to see what the white spots are. But to let you know that I haven't stopped, I am now 230 down from last weight in of 240. I have started two nights ago I do set ups during commercials when my hubby is watching the news, I never realized it but those things are long. I am score around the waist.. I can't get the extra skin removed until I am 150 pounds. I will get there. I also found out a surprise I have been eating veggies ,meat ,and fruit feeling really good but august 17 was my oldest daughters birthday and we had deep fried chicken and French fries. Boy was I sick of two days that won't happen again.
