Thank you all SO MUCH for the support! The amount of responses I got with so much advice has already brightened my mood! I ate really well today, so I'm feeling much better. I'm also spending some time with my parents and we are watching the hilarious, although somewhat vulgar, tosh.o and have tears from laughing. It's definately a hard journey, but thanks to everyone who wrote back with such support it's getting easier. Still a long road ahead, but glad to know I have people by my side!

I can sympathize. I didn't think I was doing so badly, even though I watched the scale creep up. My wakeup WAS CLOTHES SHOPPING WITH MY DAUGHTER LAST WEEKEND & HAVING TO BUY CAPRICES 2 SIZES BIGGER THAN i ANTICIPATED. ( sorry for the caps, fingernails get in the way) The thing to remember is that we all have setbacks, but Nothing changes if Nothing Changes. i WISH YOU ALL THE BEST ON YOUR JOURNEY.

Disappointing - yes! A deal breaker - NO! Stay on track. Use the Nutrition Tracker and follow the advice you've been given. Like Kris said - pay attention to how your clothes fit and celebrate looser. Scales make terrible partners on this journey. They simply give you a general idea of where you are and where you want to be. Everyone measures and identifies status a different way. Between you and me, my bra is my measure of choice on the front end of the weight loss journey...it gets bigger as I lose weight. I also use the tape measure to support my belief in how I'm progressing.

I can understand your feeling a bit disappointed, but this is unfortunately what happens with assumptions :-(
Just ensure that you are getting good nutrition, use the Nutrition Tracker, eat within the ranges, and get exercise in and you should be right. Be guided more by how your clothes feel on you, too, rather than the scale. Scales are only a part of this journey!
DRINK THAT WATER!!!!!! put on some favorite music and dance with yourself dancing with yourself makes you feel good whether you can or not find something in yourself you love and hang on to it and embellish it endlessly you can do it and come here and post solutions to others problems and find the solutions for yours even if only for a minute welcome the lady mary
