Disappointing - yes! A deal breaker - NO! Stay on track. Use the Nutrition Tracker and follow the advice you've been given. Like Kris said - pay attention to how your clothes fit and celebrate looser. Scales make terrible partners on this journey. They simply give you a general idea of where you are and where you want to be. Everyone measures and identifies status a different way. Between you and me, my bra is my measure of choice on the front end of the weight loss journey...it gets bigger as I lose weight. I also use the tape measure to support my belief in how I'm progressing.
