Sorry that it sounds like your BFP wasn't a true BFP. I hope you get a real one soon!
Also, once you get that positive test, there is no reason to stop your exercise program, unless you are doing something really high impact like boxing or roller derby (which was my sport of choice). Keep up your exercise as much as you can because before you know it, your energy will dwindle and it will be *that* much more difficult to get back into the habit. Most doctors recommend staying active in pregnancy unless you have a medical reason to avoid exercise.
