Oh I wouldn't do both at the same time if I were you (speaking as my nurse self). Getting off both is a good idea, but the stress of doing that at the same time would likely cause things to get way, way worse instead of better.

I have no one to blame but myself... but I have decided to start weaning off of my anti-anxiety medication, and caffeine all on the same day. Ugh! Getting ready to start trying for a baby in the new year!
