that is good to know about acupuncture! my husband and I have been trying for 10 months now and I am avoiding going to see a specialist at 12 months as well...i will if i need to! but would obviously rather not. So acupuncture has helped with stress? I would love to know more, thanks for sharing!
I don't know of any fertility diets other than continuing to drink/consume higher fat dairy items. I have been using an ovulation prediction kit to assist in my charting...it's only my first month using the OPK so I'm curious to see what difference it will make.
My sister's friend swears by taking Estroven (natural) for the first 3 days of her period and then using progesterone cream as she is ovulating (as well as having sex, haha). I haven't tried it yet but may look into it further in a few months.
Good luck to you on a BFP!!

I'm not a doctor, and it won't work for everyone - but I've discovered that since I've changed my diet to low carb and added in more fats (before I was doing low calorie, low fat) my cycles have become regular and my hormonal issues have decreased significantly. Also, I've lost 36 pounds. :) That's my only advice - keep the fats and oils in your diet.
Hi ladies!! Well I have been TTC with charting for 7 months now with no luck, so I am trying out alternative measures now to try to NOT have to go through testing after 12 months. I started acupuncture for stress, which is amazing, and now I am looking into dietary changes to help TTC. Has anyone ever done a fertility cleanse or stuck to a diet that they heard works? Any advice would be great...I would like to get a BFP as naturally as possible! I have been looking into herbs and supplements too and I have started taking Evening Primrose Oil already...
