Well I'm sorry to say I didn't make my goal I weighed in today at 193 which is 1/2 a pound than my starting weight. My biggest mistake has been to not track faithfully and allowing myself to cheat. I'm re-dedicating myself to get back on the right track. My new goal is 20 lbs by Christmas.

I hope everyone else reach their goal!

I'm still holding at the same weight as my last post - I have increased my activity - I hope it will be enough to make me reach my goal by May 1.

I'm 175, and 6'1" tall. I doubt that I will succede at this, as I am at the point where I will lose small amounts of weight, if any at all, but my waist is necking down drasticlly. I am now trading the little bit of fat that I have left for muscle.

The spreadsheet would be great, but you would have to run it. Tee and I are living in a construction zone, living in the completed, (or mostly completed in some cases), rooms of a hanger home WHILE we are building it. THIS is why I rack up the fitness minutes that I do every day, after a couple hours of farm chores, (we have a working ranch), we go into El Paso with the F-350 dualie, and get the day's materials, come home, and spend three or four hours building. Every spare minute that is not used for more designing the next phase of the house, eating or sleeping, is on the computer. There is no more time available for me to run a spreadsheet. THAT is why it would have been nice if the dumb program server would have just let me set the challange up the way we wanted it. When I post this,we will be going into El Paso for a load of 2X6's and OSB. "Talk" to you tonight after dinner. Brie

IDEA - Some one from the team could track it. Some one could set up an excel worksheet with the everyone's starting weight and then do a final weigh in to determine if each of us reached our goals and how we did as a team. A periodic check in would be easy to do too. If you like this idea I already have something set up if you would like me to send it to you or I can easily take care of tracking our progress.

5% by spring sounds like a reasonable goal for someone who is 200 pounds, but if they are 270, it is something that might be tough to reach in that time frame. Why don't we make it more even of a challange for everyone here, and say ten pounds by
MAYDAY. (I'm half German, and lived there for many years, so the MAIFEST is something special to me, and a good finish date to shoot for). WHAT DO YOU FOLKS THINK? I need to know by Friday. I will be notified when anyone replies to this. Brie
