Hi! I joined SP on Sunday, but I've been GF entirely since December. I usually did try to avoid wheat anyway because it made me feel sick. I have not been diagnosed with Celiac, but I do seem to have some symptoms, obviously. I've been trying to avoid wheat most of my life.
What do you do about the SP nutrition page and our GF foods? I just made some GF rice spagetti, and I spent a good 20 minutes adding up the calories of all of the meat/sauce/spagetti/cheese and measuring the whole batch and dividing by cupfuls. Gah! So much for worrying about the nutritional data!
