How are your bowl movements? You might have a problem with going and it does need to be checked out before it get worse.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
Yikes! I would have a doctor check it out to be sure.

I didn't feel it until after my diet change to GF. In fact I never really had any digestive pain before going gf.
I didn't know malt wasn't gf. Thats ok, I'm not a big fan of malt anyway.
I feel like that if I have shellfish or bbq's food where there is any charring. The smallest bit does that. But I TOTALLY agree with HeavenlyMornng that you need to seek medical attention. You need to find the source of the problem because what you describe can be extremely damaging besides painful.
Best wishes, Barb

If you have not been exposed to gluten, it sounds like diverticulitis. If this pain continues you need to seek medical attention ASAP! Hope you feel better

hi.did your lower intestines hurt before your gluten free diet or did you notice it after? with me I didn't really have any symptoms of celiac until i did an elimination diet and eliminated gluten and dairy.after about 2 months of being gluten/dairy free i ate a few rice krispies treats and have never been so sick in all my life.like 10-12 episodes of diarrhea in one night and the pains you described.i carefully looked at the ingredients in the rice krispies treats and they have malt and malt is made with barley that celiacs cant have.i didnt know that at the time.lol.i learned my lesson though.maybe you got 'glutened' by accident and didnt relize it.the same thing happened when i cheated by eating pizza and a whopper.if you followed the diet perfectly maybe there was one of those sneaky little ingredients in something and it made you sick.there are so many things that have wheat and gluten its crazy.i'm not sure i am doing it completely right yet.i've only been doing the diet for 3 months also.doctor told me to do an elimination diet but did not do a biopsy to test for celiac.hope you feel better.
I have been almost completely GF for 3 months now. My problem is that my lower intestines hurt like I have swallowed barbed wire and its tearing up my insides, even if I haven't had any gluten! and its only my lower intestines. Has anyone else had this problem?
