I agree with GFNOMAD. That's what I did. I entered all my own foods, and if needed, looked up on the internet the nutritional value of something. I couldn't be bothered to try to follow the Spark food plan. I know what I'm suppose to eat and what I'm not, so it was easier to just enter all my own foods.

I am new to Spark People and I would to customize my meal plans to be entirely gluten free. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I might do that?
