I did that about 7 years ago when I got reflux from taking those meds that was suppose to stop heartburn, after going though it for about three months and a heart stress test and they find that it is not my heart giving me problems then it kept going through my head about a tablespoon of acg so at two in the morning after taking those pills that suppose to stop it I gave it a try and with in seconds my heartburn was gone. Had to do it for a month to get my digestive track back on working right I don't have that problem any more. Will not take those meds that the doctors give anymore. Will only take acv from now on. It is safe and will not cause problems down the line with the body.

i have to share something i have learned and it actually worked. I saw this on the dr oz show. if you have indigestion try a small amount tsp or two of apple cider vinegar. i tried it several times now and it works within a few minutes, especially if your glutonized, just wanted to share. I drink it straight but you can add it in water or juice
