Light a candle or burn a bonfire for inspiration and health. GF Honeycakes: 1 C. GF baking mix 1 egg 1/4 c. canola oil 1/3 c. fat free milk 3 T. honey 2 T. orange peel Shape into balls, flatten slightly (it helps to spray some PAM on your hands). Bake on a greased cookie sheet 15 min. at 400 degrees. Cool on a wire rack 5 minutes. Makes about a dozen cakes.
