That's kind of where I am on this situation right now. I'm trying to cut back to 5% animal proteins - and focus more on plant based. I figure it can't hurt

I have a friend who is an MD, who has looked at the studies that have been published and feels that the current evidence is conclusive enough to stop her family's casein consumption. We have been cutting back but I can't say we have gone cold turkey.
