I like cream of rice with a touch of brown sugarm cinnamon and some butter (margarine) and just enough milk around the edges to make it cool enough to eat. But it is high in carbs (39 carbs.) So if you have to watch carbs, make sure you cut back on something elsewhere to have it.
I've never heard of BRM's GF 10 grain hot cereal, looking at the website there's only gluten 10 grain cereal(with 5 types of gluten). I do like BRM's Mighty Tasty Cereal, there is another GF hot cereal but it is completely tasteless and even with adding flavor is still icky.
ok... had lapband 3 years ago so this limits what i eat already.... couple months ago started liking cream of wheat and it agreed with lapband.... now that i found I am allergic to wheat that is out.... cant eat oatmeal as it is different consistancy and doesnt agree with band,..... and suggestions...
