I avoid citric acid; dairy; sulfites; high ratios of arginine over lysine like in nuts; hormones and antibiotics found in proteins of meat and eggs.
The amazing body tells us all kinds of neat things usually we do not listen. Some people have avoided listening to pain causes so long they are overtired every day. Listen to your body and help find the signs and their causes. Energy is a terrible thing to waste.
Getting enough sleep can recharge and calm other noises to hear the unbalance. Too much caffeine (coffee, green tea, white tea, chocolate, soft drinks, some headache remedies, etc…); artificial sweeteners; insufficient rest; dehydration, white noise and over stimulation of crowded places or high stress jobs of heavy multi-tasking can all strain the brain. I am sorry you hurt. To prevent the pain from returning too often find it and do it less and less until a life style can change.
