I agree with GFNOMAD. I won't/can't eat oats. It really isn't worth the pain I'd have to find out. I have eaten the Glutino Breakfast bars, the chocolate and blueberry. They are pretty good. I won't try the apple as I'm not that much into apple, other than fresh Mac's.

I have yet to try Lara bars, but have heard good things, so I'll have to look harder. Those "Fiber" bars - is that their name and what'd I'd look for? 14g fiber is pretty awesome!

I found these on mercola.com (he's a gluten-saavy D.O.) and thought I'd share. For nutrient info, click on the link toward the bottom.

I also found something similar to what he sells (I haven't tried his cocoa cassava bars btw) at our local health food store:

from LIVING FUEL Rx: Coco Chia bars. I have tried the berry flavor and was pleased.

I love Lara bars as well!

I bought the Fiber bars at a little natural food store..Its a mom and pop place (Doug Brindles Natural Food Store in Charlotte, NC) . They may have them somewhere like Trader Joes but I havent seen them at Whole Foods or Earth Fare..I have huge issues of not eating enough fiber so they work great for me but they are diffently nutty..

I looked up the ingredients because I have investigated almost every bar known. These have oat fibre (labelled gluten free) and walnuts. I won't/can't/don't eat oats and I'm allergic to walnuts.
I look for the protein content because I get enough fibre. I've found I can eat 3 types of Zone Perfect bars (which were my backup meals in Mali), Glutino Breakfast bars and a couple of flavours of Larabars.

Also very good for you. I had a lemon one today. They have 14 g of fiber per bar!! They are pretty much free of everything and stated as raw.
